FastTrackRacks.com is firmly committed to our "Order Today, Processed Today!" policy. Every effort is made to have your order ready for shipment within one business day.
Domestic Shipping
FastTrackRacks.com ships orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS and, in some cases, US Mail to all domestic addresses. Please contact us for orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping charges are assessed on a per item basis based on general shipping guidelines provided by our manufacturers. Please note that FastTrackRacks.com does not add sales tax to any order.
Lead Times
FastTrackRacks.com makes every effort to process your order the same busines day it is submitted. Most FastTrackRacks.com orders ship from our warehouse in Oregon. Orders of multiple items are subject to shipment from multiple locations. Shipping lead times vary from state to state and refer to the number of days between your order process date and the day you receive your order. In general, our ground lead times run 3-5 busines days.
International Shipping
All FastTrackRacks.com orders ship to Canada via FedEx ground. As a general rule, allow 7+ days for shipping to Canada. Shipping charges to Canada are assessed based on the total dollar amount of your order according to the chart below and include GST, PST, HST, brokerage and zone fees. Again, note that FastTrackRacks.com does not add sales tax to any order.

Free Shipping
When "Free Shipping" is advertised on FastTrackRacks.com, we mean it: shipping on that item is absolutely free anywhere in the Continental United States. "Free Shipping" does not apply to shipments to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. "Free Shipping" is on an item-by-item basis, so ordering an accessory in addition to a carrier or rack can add shipping cost.
