Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Prices for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii via standard "ground" vary dramatically and don't fit into our domestic shipping rates. In many cases we can find alternate shipping methods that are more economical than shipping via UPS or FedEx. Because of this, we will provide a shipping quote so you can assess your costs and options.

Order Tracking
We do our absolute best to process orders within 1 business day. Every effort is made to ship your order from the closest location to your ship-to address to ensure the quickest delivery time. As soon as tracking numbers are made available to us, FastTrackRacks.com will transmit your FedEx or UPS tracking number(s) via email to the address that you provided during checkout. Please be advised that there can be up to a 48 hour delay between the time that your order ships and the time tracking numbers are made available to us.
To track your order, go to

UPS.com and enter your tracking number(s). If you did not receive a tracking confirmation email, please check your email program's SPAM filter or JUNK folder first, as auto-generated tracking notifications can often be routed in that direction. If this fails,
contact us with the subject line “FastTrackRacks Tracking Number Request”. In the body of the email, be sure to include your name and order number.
If you register with FastTrackRacks.com when you place your order, you will be able to log back into your
Account check the status of your order. If your order has shipped via FedEx or UPS, you will be able to view your tracking number and order status. Please note: if you order multiple items, your order may ship in more than one box from more than one location. Therefore, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and tracking notifications.
