The Stowaway2 Sport frame is a most popular fixed frame, featuring a high-rise design for improved ground clearance.

Already own a cargo box or rack? Simply need a mounting platform? Purchase the Sport Frame a la carte.

For use with a 2" Trailer Hitch.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: This frame weighs 20 pounds and features thick-walled steel tubing to maximize box stability.

High-Rise Design: For maximum ground clearance, the Sport frame features a rise that puts the bolting platform 9 inches above the bottom of your vehicle’s trailer hitch.

Bolting Platform: Features four bolting locations for easy-on/easy-off box attachment. Also features rear side reinforcements to distribute the weight of your gear.

This frame is great for use on RVs, SUVs, vans, minivans, and trucks.

We recommend adding a Hitch Coupling Tightener when using this frame to eliminate the chance of side-to-side wobble when the carrier is in use (shown below).

A hitch pin is included with this frame, which will secure the frame into your vehicle’s hitch. We highly recommend upgrading to a Locking Hitch Pin (shown below).
